In the year 1985, was incorporated as a private liability company and known as Padson Industries Limited with registration No. RC 72167. it has its both business and Administrative headquarters at No3, Muritala Mohammed Road Ilorin. Since then the company has grown by leaps and bounds.
Presently the company has a staff strength of over 120 with branches through out Nigeria.
The company has diversified from trading to assemblage and manufacturing.
It has an assembling plant for motorcycles and also manufactures adhesives such as contact adhesives, supreme adhesives, polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate and water based glue.
Recently, Padson Industries became importer of automobile vehicles as well as assorted building materials.
During economic crises in Nigeria between 1985 and early 2000
Padson became an active player in importation of fairly used engines for vehicles and fairly used motorcycles.
As soon as Asian Tigers economy became prominent and products from those countries became fairly affordable for Nigerians, Padson Industries was one of the foremost companies to seize this opportunity for Nigerians through importation of Motorcycles and generating sets which has greatly improved the standard of living of many Nigerians by creating job and business opportunities in Nigeria.
Padson Industries is recognized nationally and internationally as a major player in Nigerian economy. During the recent visit to Nigeria by Chinese President HU JINTAO, Padson Industries was among the very few companies that was officially invited to welcome him in recognition of her roles in Nigerian trade relations with China.

Chief (Dr.) Hezekiah Oladipo Adediji, Chairman, Padson Industries Nigeria Limited
As a self-sponsored candidate, because he lost both parents at an early age, Chief (Dr.) Adediji studied at home to obtain the London Ordinary and Advance Diploma Certificate in Salesmanship in 1975. Also in the same year, he had his Diploma in Business Law. He worked briefly with Olarewaju and Sons (Nig) Limited, Ilorin, between 1973 and middle of 1977.
In July 1977, through the grace of almighty God, Chief Adediji started his own business in Ilorin as a merchant. In 1985 he registered and floated his now popular company, Padson Industries Limited.
